Hilton, NY: Jean L. Russell (Butera) born 1/17/43, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, February 16, 2019 with her four children by her side. Predeceased by the love of her life and husband, Richard (Dick) R. Russell; her parents, Vincent “Jim” and Carmella Butera; her sister, Lena (Santillo) Eckert. She is survived by her son, Raymond (Jodi) Russell; daughters, Lynn (Mike) Adams, Lori (Don) Eichas, Dena (Chuck) Hess; 17 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; 2 nieces and 2 nephews; sister, Lillian (John) Vecchioli. Jean will be remembered for the unwavering love she poured into her family. She will be greatly missed. Friends may call Monday (Feb 18th) 1-3 PM at Vay-Schleich and Meeson, 1075 Long Pond Road, where her Funeral Service will follow at 3:00 PM. Private Interment, White Haven Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society in her memory.

  3. Jeannie rest in peace. Jeannie was my cousin. Jeannie’s dad and my mother were bother and sister. My mother was a Butera. Jeannie died the Saturday I buried my wife.

  4. My deepest condolences to you all. Our church had the privilege of praying for Mrs. Russel many times. It was obvious by the way Joe and Jacob spoke of her, she was deeply loved and she deeply loved you all. May you all find peace, comfort and strength during this time.
