James Patrick Larry Boca Raton/Rochester: Born March 7, 1962, Died September 21, 2018 at age 56. Predeceased by his father, Philip A. Larry; his brother, David P. Larry. Survived by his mother, Gayle Stahl; step-father, Clem Stahl; brother, Scott Larry; daughter, Jennifer Larry; wife, Bonni Larry; special friend, Jackie Larry. Jimmy was a beloved son, a loving father, the best brother, cherished husband, and special uncle to his nieces and nephews. Jim created a successful custom cabinet company, J.L. Wood Creations, in Boca Raton, Florida. He could take a skid of wood and create something beautiful. He was successful in this business because of his detail, perfection in his work, and the honesty and integrity in which he not only ran his business but his life. He was cheerful, fun loving, generous and caring man who was loved by all who had the privilege to know him. He loved boating, fishing with Scott, golfing and the Vikings. He put up a valiant fight with cancer right to the end. The world will be a dimmer place without our Jimmy. Friends may call Thursday (Oct 4th) 4-7 PM at Vay-Schleich and Meeson, 1075 Long Pond Road. His Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday (Oct 5th) 11:00 am at St. Kateri Parish at St. Cecilia Church, 2732 Culver Road. Interment, Falls Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society in his memory. For more information or to sign James’ s online guestbook, please visit Meesonfamily.com.

  1. Special nephew, Jim. You are going to be so missed. Your cheerful voice, and wonderful attitude, kept my spirit encouraged. Knowing you were praying for me was a comfort. I hope knowing we were praying for you was a comfort to you, my sweet boy. The reunion in Heaven is the comfort we are leaning on. We will miss you so very much.

  2. I am so saddened by the loss of Jim’s young life. My heart goes out to his wife, daughter and to his mother, Gayle. Please know that our prayers for God’s condolences are with you all.

  3. I’m so sad to hear he lost his battle. Jim was such a hard working and honest man. My heart hurts but know he will now be without pain & resting in peace.
