James D. Wiemer

February 2, 1947 – February 24, 2024

On Saturday, February 24th, 2024 James passed away at age of 77. He is predeceased by his parents, Daniel F. and Helen M. (Steimer) Wiemer; his sister, Barbara J Howell. James is survived by his wife, Barbara; their three children, Elizabeth (James) Gagner, Daniel Wiemer, and Charles (Donna) Wiemer; grandchildren, Charles (CJ) Wiemer, Kayleigh, Zachary, Jonathan and Abigail Gagner. James was a retiree of Eastman Kodak and Greece Central School District.

Family and friends may call on Thursday, February 29th, 2024 from 4-7pm at Vay-Schleich and Meeson, 1075 Long Pond Road, Rochester, NY 14626. Private interment. There will be a celebration of life on Friday, March 1st from 4-7pm at the Barnard Banquet Hall, 360 Maiden Ln. Rochester, NY 14616.
In lieu of flowers, please direct memorials to the American Kidney Fund in his memory.
