Greece: Born in Ketsch, Germany, died, Monday, December 16, 2013. Predeceased by his parents, Ernst and Anna; twin brother, Willie; brothers, Helmut and Fritz; sister-in-law Rosel. Survived by his son, Eric J. (Vivian) Rey; daughter, Heidi (Daniel) Leisten; grandchildren, Dereck Rey, Shannon Rey and Danielle Leisten; brother, Hans (Klara) Rey; sister-in-law, Sofie Rey; several nieces, nephews and dear friends; loving family in Germany. Hermann was a retiree of the Plumbers and Steamfitters Local No.13 and enjoyed drinking Genny beer at the Long Pong Pub with his friends. The family would like to express its heartfelt gratitude to the wonderful staff at Edna Tina Wilson Living Center. Friends may call Friday (December 27th) 4-7 PM at Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home 1075 Long Pond Road, Greece Chapel His Funeral Service will follow calling Friday (December 27th) 7:00 PM in the chapel of the funeral home. Interment held private. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Edna Tina Wilson Living Center in his memory.   1. I’m sorry to hear this news. I am blessed to have been able to have spent time getting to know the happy sometimes grouchy, outspoken, scrappy guy that he was. It was always good to see him out and I still remember clearly his excitement when I gave him and coral a ride in the old army truck I had. My prayers are with your family and if you see coral tell her Mat and Marc say hi!
