His Graveside Service will be held, Saturday, March 31st, 10 A.M. at White Haven Memorial Park, 210 Marsh Road (please meet the family at the gate of the cemetery).

Dear Family,
We feel as if we are also ‘family’ because we loved Harvey very much. He is synonymous with our annual visits to Myrtle Beach in February and March. We loved experiencing Brookgreen Gardens with him. He made sure we were able to enjoy the gardens as much as we wanted to! His many years of volunteering there stands as an eternal testimony to his love of the gardens and his extraordinary voluntary attitude. We remember so well how Harvey proudly showed us the building named in his honor. Brookgreen Gardens is largely the wonderful place that it is because of Harvey’s many years of dedicated FULL TIME volunteer service there. All the staff knew and loved him!
Harvey was our dear friend and we have been enriched by the times we spent together. Thank you for sharing him.

Writing condolences for someone you never knew can be difficult. But from who i know in Harverys family, he must have been a good man who brought a lots of love and happiness into the world and into the hearts of those who crossed his path. With that, my deepest sympathy goes out to those whos hearts were touched by him. God Bless.
