Guendolee (Gwyn) M. Ritico (Maier) (Grasley)

Chaumont, NY (formerly of Rochester.): Sunday, November 21, 2010. Predeceased by her first husband, John E. Maier, who was killed in the invasion of Normandy. Also predeceased by her second husband, John Ritico, her sisters and brother-in-law, Ella Grasley, Edythe (William) Owens, her brother and sister-in-law, Elmer 'Al' (Mary) Grasley, her nephew, John and his wife Kathy Grasley. She is survived by her niece and care giver, Patricia (Richard) Bardwell of Spencerport, NY. Also survived by nieces and nephews, Gail (Richard) Schmidt, Pam (John) Wesley, Kevin (Cheryl) Grasley and George (Terry) Grasley; several great nieces and nephews. Mrs. Ritico was a retiree of Eastman Kodak Company. Our thanks go to Joyce and Jerry Mordan of Chaumont who showed Gwyn exceptional love and provided her with tremendous support, to Dr. Rhode and his staff for her excellent medical care and to Angels Inn in Watertown and their employees, especially Dorothy, for their kindness and the outstanding care they provided to our Aunt Gwyn. Friends may call Friday 3-6 PM at the Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home 1075 Long Pond Road, Greece Chapel. Her Funeral Service will be held Saturday 9:30 AM in the funeral home chapel. Interment, Riverside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Three Mile Bay Ambulance Service, Three Mile Bay, NY 13693 in her memory.
