Greece: Sunday, February 16, 2020 at age 78. Survived by her devoted husband of 60 years, Wilhelm “Willi” G. Burkert; her loving daughter and son-in-law, Christina (Anthony) Buduson; granddaughters, Kerrianne and Katelyn Buduson; sister, Hana Motal; nieces, Elke and Caroline; nephews, Norbert, Peter, Glenn and Julio; many dear friends.
Gerlinde was born in Germany and was an optical inspector for Continental Optical. She enjoyed gardening, decorating, antiques, estate sales and spending time with her family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Gerlinde’s visitation will be held Thursday, February 20th 4-7 PM at Vay-Schleich & Meeson 1075 Long Pond Road, Greece Chapel where opening and closing prayers will be held at 4PM and 7 PM.
