George N. Hart
March 15, 1921 ~ May 9, 2007
Wednesday May 9, 2007 at age 86. George was a lifetime resident of Greece, an Army veteran of WW II, a lifetime member of the Barnard Volunteer Fire Dept. and retired after 40 years of employment with Eastman Kodak Co, preceded in death by his wife of 49 years, Alma. He is survived by his daughter, Georgia (Richard) Hanson of Spring ,TX; son, Rev. Robert (Sally) Hart of Schenectady, NY; grandsons, Kevin (Sandy) Hanson of Houston, TX, Stephen (Nikki) Hart and Jonathan (Julie) Hart of Lynchburg, VA; Andrew Hart of Schenectady, NY granddaughter, Heather Hanson of Austin, TX and great granddaughter, Hailey Hanson of Houston, TX.
Friends may call Friday 6-8 pm at Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home, 1075 Long Pond Rd. His Memorial Service will be Saturday 10 am at the funeral home followed by interment at Falls Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice in George's memory.
