Greece: Thursday, December 22, 2011. Survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Nancy Beatty; brother, Gary (Sue) Beatty; aunt, Ruth Walsh; several close family and dear friends. Frank was a proud veteran of the U. S. Air Force and a member of the American Legion Post #468.
No prior calling. His Funeral Service will be held Tuesday (Dec 27th) 10:30 AM in the chapel of Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home 1075 Long Pond Road. Private Interment. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Unity Cancer Center in his memory.

Dear Nancy and family,
Frank’s passing leaves me sad. He was a wonderful man who valued his family and friends. All the many years I tilled his garden I always admired his personality and obvious devotion to you. His love of his garden was something to behold. ‘Go around that plant that survived the winter, and can you make the garden a little bigger?’ That was Frank. He loved the soil and what he could make it grow. I shall miss my friend.

My deepest sympathy. I enjoyed our visits at the American Legion Post #468. Frank will be missed. I humbly pray pray for all those who have left this Earth, but especially for Frank.

Nancy: I recall when you and Frank met all those years ago! What a wonderful guy he was. My thoughts are with you now…
