Greece: Passed away peacefully, November 8, 2011.
Predeceased by his wife of 58 years, Mary (Vieira) Cyran; parents, Charles & Angeline; Infant daughter, Mary Cyran; sister, Elaine Schlosser.
He is survived by his children, Stephen Cyran (Tracy Foster), Ronald (Debbie) Cyran, Linda (David) Auberger & Donna (Paul) Stoddart; grandchildren, Jeffrey, Pamela, Kayla, Michelle (Edward), Kevin, Daniel, Philip & Ashley; great-grandchildren, Kayden, Kylie, Macie & Tucker; many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
Eugene truly enjoyed his family, friends, playing golf, cards, 'Club' parties and his dog, Jasper. He is a Veteran of the United States Navy.
Friends may call Friday, November 11th, 4-8 P.M. at Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home, Greece Chapel, 1075 Long Pond Road. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated, Saturday, November 12th, 9:30 A.M. at St. John the Evangelist Church, 2400 West Ridge Road. Interment in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery will follow Mass. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Hildebrandt Hospice Care Center, Attn. Donations, 3111 South Winton Road, Rochester NY 14623 in his memory.

Bill and I send our deepest sympathy to the ‘Cyran’ family. Gene was a wonderful man, a loving and caring husband, father and grandfather. We will always remember his kindness, laughter and smile.
