Eileen C. Berg

Eileen C. Berg, November 8, 1947-October 16, 2023, passed away surrounded by loved ones after a prolonged illness. Eileen was predeceased by parents, John and Helen, and sisters, Geraldine Repp and Maureen Schultz. She is survived by husband Robert, daughters Laura (Dan) and Sarah (Eric), and 6 beloved grandchildren, (Leah, Jesse, Patrick, Lillian, Adeline, and Colin). She is also survived by siblings, Robert (Linda) O’Connell and Patricia (Scott) Henderson, nieces and nephews Richard (Jacqueline) Repp, Jeanne O’Connell, Stephen (Terry) Repp, Kristi O’Connell, Michelle (Scott) Iklé, and Katrina (Alex) Henderson, and close family friend, Jennifer (daughter, Tania) Ring.

Eileen is remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend who had an amazing sense of wit, a killer vocabulary stemming from her love of reading, and a passion for crafts and antiques. Family was always at the heart of everything she did in her life, and she was greatly loved.

Calling hours will be on October 27, 2023 from 3-6PM at Vay Schleich-Meeson Funeral and Cremation Center. A Celebration of Life and inurnment will be held on October 28, 2023 at 10:30AM at the Riverside Cemetery Chapel.
