AVON: Tuesday, April 1, 2008. Survived by his sister, Florence Stevens; nephew, Robert Walton; niece Sharon Stevens and grandniece, Michelle Worden Predeceased by his mother and father, Frederick and Florence Menzner; brother, Frederick Menzner; sister, Estelle Walton; brother-in-law, Charles Stevens; grandniece, Sarah Walton and dear friend, Isabelle Dubois. Ed served in the US Army, 209th CAD, touring in North Africa and Italy during WWII.
Those wishing to attend Ed's Funeral Service are asked to meet at the Dewey Ave gate of Holy Sepulchre Cemetery at 10:30AM on Friday, April 11. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to either the American Heart Association or to the American Diabetes Association.

I have many fond memories of Ed. He was my Godfather and I always called him Uncle Ed. We shared many holidays together at our house. He would always bring the ‘Holy Water’ as he would say. He was a good friend to my parents,Elmer and Lois Grabb. You will be sadly missed Uncle Ed.
