  1. I enjoyed working with Ed when I first started teaching. He was fun and full of life! Special thoughts and prayers to Julie, Selene, Vincent, and Michael. (Miss Braggins/Mrs. Ozuna)

  3. Mr. Francis was my 5th grade teacher at West Ridge School in Greece, I think. It sure looks like him. I don’t remember his first name, I didn’t think it was Ed, but I have to say, if it was, he was one of the best teachers I had. He had a way of bringing us quiet kids out of our shell. He loved Peanuts comic strip and his class did a play, using Peanuts characters. My name being Charlie, I played Charlie Brown. He was calling me that before the play was announced. It was amazing that I did that. That was so helpful in giving me confidence. I’ll always be grateful for Mr. Francis.

  4. Ed was my 2nd grade teacher 30 years ago. Even as a child, it was obvious that he was special. Very friendly, encouraging, understanding…and funny! You would never think to get out of line in class because you wouldn’t want him to think less of you. That’s how much we respected him. What a gifted man! Thank you, Mr. Francis & God bless.

  5. Wow, Mr Francis! One of my very favorite teachers and people. I had you for second grade. You and your wife were so kind to me always. I’m glad you are both together again. God bless you & I’m sure you’re singing all the songs from the musicals up in Heaven with great joy!
