  1. Larry, I am surprised and saddened on hearing of Doris’ passing. I will not be able to get to the funeral as I am in Dubrovnik, Croatia on assignment until June, but know that my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this time. I will light a candle for Doris in the Franciscan Monastery here after Mass tomorrow. Ed

  8. Dear Larry and family
Saw the Sunday paper and the smiling photo. I thought about you and Doree, in the back of Church at the 9:30 mass. You as usher and Doree as unofficial greeter.
You both gave so much to St. Charles.
I am sorry for your loss and will keep all in my prayers

Please accept our sympathy. We have so many memories of you and Doree at St. Charles. I enjoyed volunteering with her at the rectory and on various committees over the years. She always had a smile on her face and a genuine interest in the lives of all of us who were privileged to know her. Take gentle care of yourself.
