Greece: Friday, March 14, 2014 at age 82. Predeceased by her parents, Henry and Frances Grimm. Survived by her loving husband of 61 years, Lawrence A. Kastner; children, Lawrence Kastner (Teresa Johnson), Thomas (Lesley) Kastner, Mark (Margaret) Kastner, Stephen (Laurie) Kastner; grandchildren, Shawn, Lindsay, Bradley, Christopher, Alex, Jacob and Johanna Kastner, Renee (James) Holtz, Ashley (Matthew) Hill; great-grandson, Miles Holtz; sisters, Arlene (Ronald) Miller, Carol (John) Donnelly; lifelong friend, Rita Westveer; several nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. Doree was a longtime member of the resurrection choir at St. Charles Borromeo Church. She enjoyed her grandchildren, great-grandson, reading and playing cards. No prior calling. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday (March 18th) 9:30 AM at St. Charles Borromeo Church. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.   1. Larry, I am surprised and saddened on hearing of Doris’ passing. I will not be able to get to the funeral as I am in Dubrovnik, Croatia on assignment until June, but know that my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this time. I will light a candle for Doris in the Franciscan Monastery here after Mass tomorrow. Ed
