  1. Grandpa Hank was one of my Grandpa’s friends, I have known him my entire life. When I heard about this I was deeply saddend. My thought are with his family. RIP Grandpa Hank. Keep runnin them dogs with Grandpa. I will miss you.

  2. I first met ‘Hank’ when I was 15 years old. My first thought was , ‘he dresses pretty cool for one of my parent’s friends’. He always looked nice, like he stepped out of a LL Bean magazine. He liked to run dogs with my parents. Hank was always with Louie and Roland. They spent many , many hours at our home in Barnes Corners, NY. He was part of our family. I have so many fond memories of him. I was looking at the pictures of him when we had a birthday party for him. He was so suprised that day. Hank loved my mom’s cooking. He always had a smile for you and a loud warm ‘Hello’. Our family was blessed to have him in our lives. What a great man. Hank will be deeply missed. The world won’t be the same without him.

  3. I lived right next door to Don for several years. He was a genuine friend and a wonderful man. I spoke to him a few months ago and he still had his dry and wonderful sense of humor.
I was very saddened to read the news of his passing. My family and I will forever remember him fondly.
