Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Delores was my Grandma.

I would like to share a few memories I have of her.

I will never forget the Friday’s when I was off from school. She would take me out with the ‘Golden girl’s’ for a day of shopping and lunch.

The 4th of July celebrations at her house.

Playing cards at all the holiday celebrations.

Her love and friendship with her twin sister Dorthy.

He closet filled with beads that would chang every time she opened up the closet.

Sitting in the yard on the warm summer days with Grandpa, aunt Dottie and all her neighbors.

Looking at all her beautiful roses that she tended with grandpa.

Going with her to pick out desert for our Thursday night dinners.

Packages sent from florida. Not to mention cards for every holiday. The only mail I received as a kid.

The letters she sent to me in college every week.

I will never forget her holding my two girls when they were tiny babies.

I feel very lucky to have had a Grandma and Grandpa that were such positive influence on me.

I have peace knowing these memories and many more will be with me forever and that she can finally rest in heaven. I know i have another guardian angel watching over me and my family.

    I love you Grandma.

  2. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family. Dolores and Ed were very close to my parents, Sig and Lee Bo, and they all be playing cards again together now.God Bless you, Mary Lou Bo
