Predeceased by her parents, John & Evelyn Chauncey; husband, Gerard Kacprzak; sister, Carol Grenfell; brother-in-law, Neil Grenfell; nieces, Noelle & Stacey Grenfell. Survived by her daughter, Teresa (Rich) Rathbun; son, Greg (Michelle) Kacprzak; grandchildren, Shelby, Emily & Matthew; sister-in-law; 6 brothers-in-law; several nieces, nephews and cousins; dear friends.
Friends may call Friday 6-8 PM at the Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home 1075 Long Pond Road, Greece Chapel. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday 1:30 PM at St. Paul's Church, 783 Hard Road, Webster. Her Graveside Prayers will be held Monday 9:30 AM at White Haven Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Unity Health System, MS Achievement Center, 2300 Buffalo Rd., Rochester, NY 14624 in her memory.

Remembering the Girl Scout days. Thinking of the cookies that filled our garage and sitting outside with Diane and Jerry in the evening waiting for the next troop to come for their cookie order. Our kids, Pat, Jessie, and Aaron enjoyed helping load cars.
