Greece: Suddenly, Thursday, December 11, 2008 at age 46. Predeceased by his parents, Richard & Janice English. Survived by his loving daughters; Katie J. English & Jessica M. English; loving partner, Lorraine Ledtke; sisters, Wendy (Kenneth) Parysek & Laura M. (Peter) Francz; nieces, Mary & Ann Marie Francz; nephews, Alex, Aaron & Austin Parysek; many loving friends. David was employed with Wegman’s Food Market for over 25 years.
Friends may call Tuesday 2-4 &7-9 PM at the Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home 1075 Long Pond Road. His Funeral Service will be held Wednesday 10:00 AM in the Chapel of the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the English Family Fund, c/o Wendy Parysek, 18 Mondavi Circle, Spencerport, NY 14559 in his memory.

Being a life-long friend of Wendy, I knew David since we were all little kids. My heart goes out to his family. I remember David as a young boy and a young man who went through life never hurting a soul. I always knew he lived close to God, now he is WITH God. Peace to you, David
Dave was a dear friend of my husband. He was always there for him; especially after Tom’s brother past away. The two shared an enthusiasm for their ‘toys’Âť like remote control trucks and motorcycles. And as a family, we got to know Dave and his daughters as he often hung out with us. We will miss his good nature, his unique way and most of all his friendship. Our deepest sympathies go out to his family and friends.

Katie & Jessica, I was so sad and sorry to hear about your Dad’s passing. He was a terrific, caring man and a good friend. Our family will miss him dearly.
