  9. I first met Cosmo over 20 years ago at my first Greece Rotary meeting. He was very welcoming and interested in my story. Over the years we got to know each others’ families. I have always valued him as a genuine caring friend.

  10. I met Cosmo around 1980 when I was searching for an apartment in Greece. Fortunately for me, Cosmo had the perfect apartment on W Ridge Road. I lived in the apartment for 5 years and enjoyed a very good relationship with Cosmo. He even gave me a cut on the rent for mowing the lawn, and allowed me to have a large dog. What a pleasure he was to know. I know you all mourn his pasing, but as far as I am concerned, he was an angel on earth.

  11. I met Mr. Plantone when I was 5 yrs old. He told me he had a little girl (Phyllis) my age that would be going to school with me at St. Lawrence. I grew up around the Plantone family and saw first hand how close this whole family was. We will all miss Mr. Plantone, he was a wonderful husband, dad, grandfather, friend, etc. Many prayers and blessings to the whole Plantone family. All our love to you, the David Miller family.

  12. Jesus said……
‘Let not your hearts be troubled. Believe in God; believe also in me. In my Father’s house are many rooms. If it were not so, would I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you to myself, that where I am you may be also.

    ÂťJohn 14:1-3

  13. Phyllis, Our hearts and prayers are with you and your family. What a wonderful life you all shared together with precious moments and everlasting memories. May God bless you now and forever.
    Lori and Danny

My heart felt Sympathy go out to you today.
    Knowing that
Cosmo is in heaven with his Lord and Savior
where he is loved and safe is great comfort.

Bob and I meet Cosmo in 1966 while we were looking for a home for our young family, he was so nice to us, we were impressed by his honesty, love of family and friends. My husband Bob Gavens and Cosmo shared a special friendship over the yrs. they were like brothers.
I’ll never forget Cosmo’s phone calls and visits to Bob while he was battling his Cancer.he went home to the Lord on Jan.31,2010, Now Cosmo and Bob are together in heaven. Always, Lynda Gavens

  15. We will miss Cos.
I picture him now, excited in heaven. His new assignment? Helping Jesus to prepare places for us, as written in the Bible, Jesus says in …
John 14 (New King James Version)
The Way, the Truth, and the Life
1 ‘Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. 2 In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. 3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also. 4 And where I go you know, and the way you know.’Âť

May Gods Peace & Love comfort you all this day.
    w/love,
    Tom & Charita Gefell
