You fought so hard and long and suffered unimaginably. Your thoughts during your long ordeal were always of others. You left your heart with so many. Your spirit will live on my dear friend. The Angels have a new hero ❤️

I recently came across Colleen’s Pinterest page. Remembering her enthusiasm for Pinterest and the joy she found in being creative is bitter-sweet. The way she loved to be fully immersed in a project was part of her light – a light that we were blessed to experience. Her presence at a family get-together made it more joyful. I was always impressed with the way she completely focused her attention on the person she was speaking with, despite whatever pain she might have been in. She was quick to find the humor in a conversation and brightened the room with her sweet, sincere laughter. It’s been difficult for me to accept her passing. My heart goes out to those closest to her. I hope they’re able to find comfort and faith in everyday reminders of her light and love.
