Papa – I hope you feel better soon. I love you.

  3. Dear Joe, Kim, Scott and families, My heart is breaking for all of you. I have such fond remembrances of growing up with Claudia and all the Tinney cousins. We were always going back and forth to each others’ homes. As Thanksgiving is approaching I am particularly remembering all the wonderful holidays at Grandma Tinney’s and the hilarious stories told by Claudia’s Dad. I know that all who knew Claudia give thanks for her presence in our lives. She loved her family deeply and you brought great joy and happiness to her. May precious memories comfort you. Love, cousin Carol

  4. I will always remember your Mom for her friendly and always positive attitude and her lovely big smile. I often think and laugh about the Girl Scout camping trips, always in cold and muddy weather. Remember the boots stuck in the mud. The trip to Boston was also a memborable moment in our lives. There are a lot of wonderful moments that Claudia (and Larry) have given us to remember. We are very sorry for your loss and pray that the Holy Spirit will comfort you and your family.

  5. Oh how sad I am to hear of Claudia’s passing! It helps to know that she is in a better place with no pain and suffering. I have such fond memories of her – our family reunions at Roseland Park, playing Skeet-Ball and eating everyone’s favorites dishes. I spent a lot of summer days with she and her Dad, traveling to whereever his business took him that day and watching him drink his quart of Buttermilk. Claudia and I would giggle every time! Claudia was always so talented on the piano! I would love to hear her play. Claudia was always there for me in later life, too. If I needed a place to stay she always opened her door to me. What a wonderful, kind person she was!! The recent family reunions were terrific, too!! Claudia was blessed with two wonderful children and four grandchilren, all of whom loved her dearly and vice versa. She will be missed by many people, especially Joe. You are all in my prayers. Love, Alice Mary

  6. Please accept my deepest sympathy for your loss. Claudia was a cherished member of our John Knox church family. She was extremely creative and talented – and she shared this freely with us. She will be greatly missed.

  7. Scott and Kim,
My family and I are very sad to hear of the passing of your mom. She was a wonderful person and she will be remembered for many years to come. You and your families are in our thoughts and prayers.

    Larry
