Claire B. Kleinhans
GREECE – December 9, 2019 at age 94. Predeceased by her beloved husband, Richard. She is survived by her children, Jan (Keith) Reece; Kurt (Mary) Kleinhans; Lynne (Gary) Norton; Kathy (Larry) Keenan; her 11 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
Claire’s love of life and positive outlook touched all who knew her. She was both adventurous and talented, getting her pilot’s license in her teens; sewing for us all and she loved knitting sweaters and blankets. She loved playing cards, and she got a hole in one on the golf course at age 86! Most of all, she loved being surrounded by friends and family – she was the ultimate hostess. She has left us with many happy memories and she will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
No prior calling. Her Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday (December 27th) at 10:00 AM at Holy Cross Church, 4492 Lake Avenue. Private Interment. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the School of the Holy Childhood or St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital in her memory.
