  1. Dear Shelby and Michael
You don’t know me but I am the sister of Nina Buzzell, I just wanted to tell you that you are both in my thoughts and prayers. God gave you Christopher and he is a beautiful boy, and he is in heaven being cared for until the day when you can all be together. I know it doesn’t seem possible that you can go on, but stay strong for each other and your other son, Anthony. Christopher looked so happy in his picture on this site and you can see that he was loved.
Again my prayers are with you both, thoughtfully, Nancy Corson

  2. God heals the Brokenheart

god blesses the one who patiently endure testing. Afterward they will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love him. May God take you in his arms, that you will always feel your son presents.
    May God Bless You, Always

  3. I am truly saddened by your loss. I am a complete stranger and have gone on Christopher’s Memorial a few times to look at the little guys pictures. Each and every time tears run down my face. I have 2 boys of my own with another on the way and even though I don’t know what it’s like to lose a child, I feel as if my heart is aching inside almost as if he was one of my own. Cherish the memories that you do have-he’s such a beautiful little boy! Please know that now he is a beautiful little angel looking down on you’¦’¦and someday you’ll be able to give him tons of hugs and kisses again in heaven’¦

  4. I give you this one thought to keep,
I am with you still — I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow,
I am the diamond glints on snow.
I am the sunlight on ripened grain,
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you awaken in the morning’s hush,
I am the swift uplifting rush of quiet birds
    in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not think of me as gone —
I am with you still in each new dawn.
    – Native American Prayer

Our thoughts and prayers are with your family.

  5. I hate to say that I am sorry for your loss, it sounds so common and does no justice to the pain you must be feeling. But I thought you should know that there are complete strangers out here that feel for you, we are thinking of you and I hope that at some point that you can find piece in your son being gone. As a mother of 2 boys myself I can’t honestly imagine what you could be going through. I hope that some how, some way that God helps you to find peace in this tragedy. And I hope that you can cherish all the time that you did have with Christopher before he was taken so soon. Just remember there are more people out there than you think who have their hearts with you.

  6. I’ve never met you formally, however our paths crossed everyday at Loving Touch. Our boys played together and my son is so fond of ‘Christopher with a C’ as he says. I am so truly sorry about what has happened. Just know that people who you have never met are thinking about you and praying for you and your whole family. Christopher will now get his ‘Loving Touch’ directly from God now.

  7. Mike, Shelby & Anthony – My heart is breaking for. I know that there are no words any of us can say to lessen your grief, but know that all your friends are here for you. May God comfort you, and give you the strength and Love you need to endure that which we do not understand. You are in my thoughts & prayers and Christopher will be remembered this week end at Our Lady of Mercy. God Bless you with Love.

  8. Mike, Shelby & Anthony – No words can express the feelings I have for your loss.
Just know that God now has 1 more little ANGEL who will watch over you always.

  14. Mike, Shelby and Anthony,
We are praying for you, crying for you and are trying to understand how God works as he takes Christopher into his kingdom. God has taken this Tiny Angel named Christopher into his arms and he has given him peace for all the days ahead. May God Bless you and
all your family for all the difficult days ahead trying to understand why your Tiny Angel had to leave us so soon.
God Bless Christopher always as he goes forward to do Gods will……
    Anne & Jerry

  15. Mike, Shelby, and Anthony, although I feel that any words of condolences would be simply too inadequate to provide comfort to all of you at such a difficult time, I would like to express to you that I am deeply saddened for your lose and that Christopher has taken a piece of my heart with him. I can only image how difficult of a time this is for all of you. I know you will draw upon your own strength and the strength of loved ones that hold you in their thoughts. You have a special little angel in heaven watching over you now. Please know that you are all in my prayers, thoughts, and have my deepest sympathies.

  16. Mike, Shelby, Anthony, I can only express to you our heartfelt deepest sympathy. No words can ever express our feeling of sorrow for you. The video of your family pictures is wonderful and shows what a loving family you are. Our only thought is, God needed a cheerful little angel to help Him in heaven and to watch over you on earth. Find strength in each other and know that Christopher is watching over you. Please know we are here for you, if you ever have a need.
Our love and prayers to all.
Tom and Mary Jane Linehan & family

  22. WHEN GOD CALLS LITTLE CHILDREN’

    When God calls little children
    to dwell with him above,
    We mortals sometime question
    the wisdom of his love
    For no heartache compares with
the death of one small child
Who does so much to make our world,
    seem wonderful and mild
    Perhaps God tires of calling
    the aged to his fold,
    So He picks a rosebud,
    before he can grow old.
God knows how much we need them,
and so he takes but a few
To make the land of Heaven
    more beautiful to view.
    Believing this is difficult still
    somehow we must try,
The saddest word we know is ‘Goodbye.’
So when a little child departs
    we who are left behind
    Must realize God loves children,
as Angels are hard to find.

    God Bless our Angel Christopher…..
