Greece: Peacefully, Sunday February 23, 2014 at age 66. Predeceased by her father, Col. Nicholas B Kehoe; mother, Mary Sullivan; grandson, Ryan. Chris is survived by her husband of 32 years, William B. Jones; her children, Bill Dimas (Tabatha), Caryn (Daniel), Barbara Jones (Mollie Marchione); grandchildren, Jenna, Callie and Rosalinda; siblings, Lt. Gen. Nicholas (Paula) Kehoe, Michael (Becky) Kehoe, Kathleen (Bill) Christopher, Patricia Soike, Barbara Kehoe, Maureen (Peter) Reiniger, Noel LaMark, Marianne Sullivan, Paul Sullivan, Gail Sullivan, James Sullivan, Thomas (Valerie) Sullivan, Nancy Sullivan; several nieces, nephews and dear friends. Chris was a nurse with the Buffalo Children's Hospital NICU, Strong Memorial Hospital NICU, St. Mary's Hospice, Hildebrandt Hospice Care Center and Journey Home Hospice. She loved needlework, reading, traveling and spending time with her family and friends. Special Thanks to the staff at the Wilmot Cancer Center and the Leo Center for Caring at St. Ann's. Friends may call Thursday (Feb 27th) 4-8 PM at the Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home 1075 Long Pond Road. Her Memorial Mass will be celebrated Friday (Feb 28th) 10:30 AM at Spiritus Christi Church, 121 N. Fitzhugh St. Private Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Over the last many months It has been my husband’s and my privilege and blessing to pray daily for Chris, for Kathy and the entire family. Know that we will not stop and will be praying for your peace and comfort as you celebrate Chris’ glorious, perfect and eternal healing – and her arrival at the Mansion that her Father and Jesus have been lovingly preparing just for her.

  6. Aunt Chris had the most gentle, kind-hearted soul I have ever known. Her sweet voice was very soothing and our conversations are forever memorable. I can only aspire to be as brave, strong and gracious as she was. My thoughts and spirit are with everyone!
