Catherine D. Adler

Rochester: Tuesday July 23, 2013 at age 88 formerly of Watertown and 299 Pebbleview Dr. Rochester died at Blossom Health Care in Rochester, NY. Mrs. Adler was born August 28, 1924 in Philadelphia, PA, a daughter of Clark 'Mike' and Grace Elsey Deline. She graduated from Watertown High School in 1942 and Rochester Business Institute in 1944. She married J. Robert 'Bob' Adler June 26, 1948 at Holy Family Church. Mr. Adler died in 1997. Mrs. Adler started her career as a telephone operator at the New York Telephone Company, later was the office manager for Seaway Vending and retired as the Executive Secretary to the Director of Flower Memorial Library. She was a member of Home Bureau and Sigma Phi Gamma Sorority. Surviving are a daughter Cynthia Wilson, Rochester, and several nieces and nephews including Bill and Joan Randall, Watertown. Her husband Robert, her parents, a son in-law William Wilson and her sister, Jane Randall all died before her. No prior calling. Her Service will be held at a later date.
