Webster: Born in Mildred, PA, passed peacefully, Sunday, March 30, 2014. Predeceased by his parents, John and Josephine Reagan; his son, John M. Reagan; all his siblings. Survived by his loving children, grandchildren and dear friends. The family wishes to thank all the doctors and caregivers for his great care. Services and interment held privately.
