Beverly A. Schlageter, age 91, of Greece, passed away November 21, 2020. She was born February 8, 1929, in Rochester, a daughter of the late Harold and Martha Burns.
Beverly was preceded in death by her husband, Wesley and son Gerald.
She was a long-time office manager for Rochester Gastroenterology Associates. She served in the Barnard Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary for many years and volunteered for several civic functions such as working in Monroe County elections and the US Census. After retirement, she volunteered in assisting senior citizens with income tax preparation. She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her children, grandchildren and many friends.
Beverly is survived by two sons and one daughter-in-law, James Schlageter of Greece, Mark Schlageter (Laurie Muscarella) of Rush and Anne Schlageter (Gerald) of Greece;  grandchildren, Jill Schlageter, Jessie Schlageter, Michael Schlageter and Robert Schlageter; two great grandchildren; and one sister, Joan Pierlioni of Greece. She also leaves many other family members and friends who will sadly miss her.

Her Funeral Mass at St. Charles Borromeo Church and Interment in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery were held privately.

=== Note from Dr. Tarun Kothari ===
We remember her vividly and fondly. She was office manager of our senior partner Dr. Ravendra Sharma whom he had inherited when he bought his practice at Dewey avenue. We call it coming with dowry!
From Dewey avenue to Long Pond office she was the architect and solid care taker of our joined GI  practice “Rochester Gastroenterology Associates of Drs. Sharma, Kothari and Thanik”
Without her wisdom and loyalty to the practice RGA would not have become the biggest private practice of GI in the greater Rochester for decades to come till her retirement.
We remember her fondly and with gratitude. She lived her life to the fullest from reading morning newspaper at 7 am at office to her work till late night for her beloved family. We were blessed to know them all.
We pray for her soul to Rest In Peace. She is with her God.
Thank you Bev.
