Hilton: Sunday, January 19, 2014 at age 55. Predeceased by her father, John Snetsinger. Survived by her mother, Shirley Snetsinger; her husband of 28 years, David R. Harris; her children, Nathaniel, Madelyn, Shelby and Jordan; her sisters, Susan (Mike) Best, Wendy Vonhold; sister-in-law, Sharon Listman; several nieces, nephews; dear friend, Amy Christman.
Her Memorial Service will be held Saturday (Feb 8th) 12 Noon at Parma Greece United Church of Christ, 1211 Manitou Rd. Hilton. Private interment, Parma Union Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Harris Family Educational Fund, 16 Moul Road, Hilton NY 14468 in her memory. Hi this is shelby Barbara harris daughter I’d like to say that my mom was the greatest mom I could ever have if she and my father david dident adopt me I would never be in this world I love you mom rest in peace
My heart goes out to the Harris/Snetsinger family. I didn’t know Barb well but my husband John talked of their chilhood often. We enjoyed getting the annual Harris Christmas cards with a note as to how each child was doing. Barb was a very special person to have created the family she had with David. May you find peace & love that she is where she needed to be. God Bless
