Arnoldo Brown

Gates: Thursday, May 29, 2014 at age 73. Survived by his loving wife, Mireya Brown; children, Arnoldo E. (Gladys) Brown, Jr., Christian E. Brown and Mauricio (Celia) Brown; Zury Brown; grandchildren, Miguel, Zulma, Christina, Maricel, Alejandra, and Erick; great-granddaughter, Luna; siblings, Luis Arturo (Gloria) Brown, Elsa (Marcos) Babich, Maria Victoria Brown and Elizabeth Brown; nieces, nephews, cousins and many loving extended family in Chile and Venezuela. Predeceased by his brother, Juan Carlos Brown. Arnoldo was born in Santiago, Chile. He is a veteran of the Chilean Air force and served for 10 years. He moved to America in 1979. He sacrificed so many things for his family and they were always first in his life. He was a loving and devoted husband and father. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and will be deeply missed by his family in America, Chile and Venezuela. Arnoldo's visitation will be held Sunday, June 1st 1-3PM at Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home, 1075 Long Pond Road, Greece Chapel. His Funeral Service will be celebrated at 3PM following visitation in the Funeral Home Chapel. Interment, will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Unity Health Foundation c/o Hematology Department 1555 Long Pond Road, Rochester NY 14626 in his memory.
