April 22, 1921 ~ May 28, 2008
Rochester: Wednesday, May 28, 2008 at age 87. Predeceased by his parents Alphonse & Gaeta Arena; wife, Helen Arena; brothers, Joseph Arena & Charles Arena; sisters, Josephine Arena, Mary Malta & Sally Gutilla. He is survived by his sons, Anthony R. Arena Jr. & Charles S. (Michelle) Arena; brother, Christopher (Ann) Arena; grandchildren, Lisa Arena, Anthony R. Arena III, Michael (Jessica) Evershed, Charles S. Arena Jr. & Lindsey Arena; several nieces, nephews and cousins; many friends. Anthony is a Veteran of World War II and served in the U.S. Army.
Friends may call Friday 4-7 P.M. at Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home, 1075 Long Pond Road. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday 9:30 A.M. at St. Mark’s Church, 54 Kuhn Road. Interment in Riverside Cemetery.

Charlie, Tony, and family, I’m so sorry to hear of my dear Uncle Tony’s passing. He and your mother were my godparents and I’ve missed them both terribly over the years. I’m so happy I had some time with him during my last visit to Rochester. Love to you both and your families, Cousin Linda
