Alvera Bocci

Rochester: Sunday, June 9, 2013 at age 94. Predeceased by her husband, Vincent 'Jimmy' Bocci; brothers, Virgil and William; sisters, Josephine and Stella. Survived by her daughters, Loraine (Kevin) Melich and Barbara Gibney; sister, Laura (Roy) Hayes; grandchildren, David Melich and Gregory (Allison) Melich; great-grandchildren, Margaret and Annie Melich; several nieces and nephews. Alvera's visitation will be held Tuesday (TODAY) June 11th, 7-9PM at Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home, 1075 Long Pond Road, Greece Chapel. Her Funeral Service will be celebrated Wednesday, June 12th, 12:30PM at St. Ann's Chapel, 1500 Portland Avenue. Interment will follow in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the St. Ann's Foundation, 1500 Portland Avenue, Rochester, NY 14621 in Alvera's memory.
