Adelfina Mattiucci

Honeoye Falls: Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 27th, 2013. Delfi is survived by her loving brother & sister-in-law, Louis (Gloria) Mattiucci; several nieces and nephews. She leaves behind her friends at Pine Trail IRA and Ballantyne Day Habilitation Program. Delpfi's visitation will be held Monday, March 4th from 10-11AM at Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home, 1075 Long Pond Road. Her Funeral Service will follow visitation at 11:00AM in the Chapel of the Funeral Home. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to The Arc of Monroe, 2060 Brighton-Henrietta Townline Road Rochester, New York 14623 in Delfi's memory.
