Congratulations to Tracy Best

Tracy was nominated by her co-worker Lynn at School #1.  Lynn stated “Tracy works as a paraprofessional with all the kindergarden-6th grade students at School #1 in the Rochester City School District.  She goes above and beyond her job description each day by taking extraordinary car of all the students while staying firm and holding them accountable for their learning and behavioral choices.  She buys them stacks for her own modest pay, works one-on-one with students with the most challenging behaviors and at times even communicates with parents.  We should have one like her in every school in the district.  I am proud to call her my friend”.
