Greece:  Saturday, May 18, 2024.  Predeceased by his parents, Marty and Mary; sister, Kathleen Kamm. He is survived by his beloved Linda (Merk); son, David; nephews Michael (Sarah) and Matthew (Lyndsey); and many cousins.

Early (age 11) in his life, he worked at delivering groceries, setting (bowling)pins, mowing lawns etc., and later joined a bowling league at Domm’s for many years.

During his 34 years at Eastman Kodak Company, he served in the Army and Army Reserves. In 1976 he received his BS degree in Business and Management from RIT after attending night school for almost nine years. In 1991 he retired from EK Co. and joined the team of Northnagle Realtors for the next ten years.

Thereafter, he golfed, supported the Red Wings, cruised (by ship and off), and took many trips to many exciting places. For many years he was an avid movie goer and regular attendee of Geva and RPO.

Interment will be out of town when Linda can join him.

Please make contributions to any animal rescue place of your choice in Marty’s memory.

I cannot imagine the pain and heartache you’re feeling. I am praying for your peace and comfort. I met Marty in 1965 and he was one of the influential people that got me to enroll and graduate from RIT. Very sorry for your loss.

    David,
So sorry for your loss. He is now in a more peaceful place. Wish we were getting together to celebrate his life, but we will do that at some point later. Gone but not forgotten.
