David T. Guillod Greece:  Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at age 64. Born June 15, 1957 in Cape May, NJ. David was a graduate of Greece Olympia High School. Recently retired, he worked over 30 years for the Eastman Kodak Company. He was an avid amateur radio enthusiast and operator. He loved family camping trips when his boys were young, enjoyed monitoring weather and emergency radio reports, and was a longtime fan of Bruce Springsteen. David was a car enthusiast in his younger years and successfully passed that interest to both of his sons. He was a loving husband, an outstanding Grandpa, and the world’s best Dad. David is predeceased by his mother, Sylvia Guillod.  He is survived by his father, Donald Guillod; his loving wife of 41 years, Cathy Guillod; devoted sons, Paul (Megan) and Chris (Nichole) Guillod; grandchildren, Luke, Madison and James Guillod; sisters, Debbie Flanders and Sylvia (Dan) Lockwood; brother-in-law, John (Joan) Kircher; many nieces, nephews & cousins; dear friends. David’s visitation will be held Tuesday, December 14th 4-7 PM at Vay-Schleich & Meeson 1075 Long Pond Road.  His Funeral Service will be celebrated Wednesday, December 15th 10:00 AM in the Chapel of the Funeral Home.  Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to The American Heart Association (heart.org) in his memory.  For more information and to sign his online guestbook, visit www.meesonfamily.com

    Cathy and family, Sharing in your sorrow with love and friendship. Dave was a good man with a kind heart. He always had a smile on his face. He will be missed. Gordon and I want you to know that you are not alone, we will always be here for you.

    I am so sorry to hear this news. I worked with David at Carestream. He was a true gentleman. If he wasn’t talking about his wife and kids, he was letting us know what what going on in the radio world…… "No alien attacks today", he used to say…… I will miss him. God speed Dave……..

    To the Guillod family, I was fortunate to have worked with Dave at Carestream Health in Canandaigua. I always enjoyed a conversation with Dave as he was friendly, personable and never had a bad thing to say about anyone, hardworking and a gentleman. My condolences, thoughts and prayers go out to you.
