I am so sorry for your loss. I worked with Bob for many years. He always had a smile on his face. I use to order appraisals from him. He was a great guy.

Bob was such a nice person to work with. I met Bob through another friend, John Gross, back in the late 90’s when we were all working in real estate. Shared many laughs over the years. I could always count on him to do a great appraisal. Such a fun person and he will be missed. Prayers to the family during this sad time.

Barb and John, Sending my condolences for the loss of your brother. Bobby was always into mischief, as I remember, whenever I was at your house on Sawyer St. The photo of him reminds me of the innocent yet impish grin he always had when confronted with a wrong doing ! He is now at peace, free of pain and suffering— enjoying the party at the Heavenly Banquet prepared for him by the Lord for Bobby’s eternal Homecoming. For all these years, your parents have saved him a seat! ! ! God be with you during this difficult time. In Christ, Paula (Roy)Fragaszy
