DEAREST CUZ…WE DIDN’T MAKE THE REUNION. IT WILL HAVE TO WAIT A BIT LONGER. I LOVED OUR CHILDHOOD AND WAS ALWAYS SORRY LIFE GOT IN THE WAY AS ADULTS. SEE YOU CAMPING!
Sincerest, heartfelt condolences to the entire Tunney family. Brian was one of God’s finest angels on earth. No doubt in my mind that he will continue his same caring and considerate ways up in Heaven as well!
To his family, we offer our condolences. We will always remember how he helped keep our driveway clear of snow while Ron worked on the ambulance.
Brian was a bright light for me at church. He could always ‘out smart-alleck’ me. He was a force of nature. Such a shock to know he is gone. I will miss him.
Brian was one of my best friends. It was a honor to know him, and to play golf with him.
Brian was such a wonderful person. When I first came to Messiah he was one person who always made me feel welcome. We always were able to share a chuckle Usually at my expense). In church on Sunday, I just sat there and wondered how we could just go on with the service without him. I’ll also miss seeing him at the YMCA in the mornings-he was the kind of guy who permeated our lives. He will be greatly missed. Judy and family, my heart and prayers go out to you.
I am very sorry. He was a terrific guy. Dr. Tisa, Olympia.
I will miss Brian’s powerful voice in greeting me at the mall each morning and I will miss seeing him walk with one of his grand children. Brian was a man I am greatful for knowing.
I’m so sorry for your loss. Mr. Tunney was the nicest man. I always enjoyed when he came into the AAA office to see Faye. He always made me smile when he walked through our doors. He truly will be missed. Laura Bouvia receptionist @ the Greece AAA

Judy and Family, I am so sorry to hear of Brian’s passing. I enjoyed the times we spent with Brian as Jill’s soccer coach. That was a long time ago but I remember him fondly. I am sure you all will miss him dearly. My deepest sympathies to you all. Jean Rossi

To the Tunney Family, my prayers are with you as you , Brian was a wonderful coach and a mentor of mine. He taught me the value of Basketball enjoyment and fun. I will never forget my very fond memories of him telling me to jump. I got to be part of his team, and a coach by his side. I will miss him.
The word ‘love’ fits Bryon in so many ways. He loved his wife, his children, his grandchildren, his Church, Jesus Christ, his friends, people he worked with, his country, ‘his’ players that he coached, and all who needed a listener and a base of support to ‘over come.’ To me, and I suspect others, he was a great friend…with laughter and humor…and a helping hand when needed…. My life has been better because I was able to share part of the trail with him. I have been blessed with his friendship. I shall endeavor to celebrate him and who he was !
Our deepest condolences to Judy and all the family. We were so saddened to hear of Brian’s passing and we pray that our Lord holds you all close and comforts you as only He can. Brian was larger than life!…he was just one of those people who was wonderful all around. He was always fun to talk to and we really enjoyed getting to know him and chatting with him as we shared the Panera donations pickups over the many years. He was the one who got us started doing this and we will think of him fondly as we continue in this ministry. Our love and prayers go out to you all! -Lynn and Martin Hunte
It was with heavy heart that I learned of Brian’s passing. A kinder, gentler man did not exist, one who taught me so much about coaching young girls as my first assistant coach in the Greece Girls Soccer League in the early 90’s. LuAnn, Valerie and I want to express our deepest sympathies to Judy and family. We hope you know how much Brian will be missed and take some small comfort in knowing others share in your loss. With sincerest warm regards, Rick Principe
