Callahan, Mary D. “Pat” Greece: Born in Killarney, Ireland, Passed Thursday, June 15, 2017 at age 80. Predeceased by her brothers, Neil Daly and Thomas Daly. Survived by her husband of 53 years, Gabriel R. Callahan; her children, Katie (Rick) Williams, Tommy Callahan, Eileen (Mike) Moloney, Kris (Greg) Weishaar; grandchildren, Aidan, Declan, Claire, Morgan, Cormac, Audrey and Natalie; sister, Joan Murphy; brother and sisters-in-law; several nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.  Friends may call Monday (June 19th) 4-7 PM at Vay – Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home, 1075 Long Pond Road. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday 12 NOON at Our Mother of Sorrows Church. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the St. Jude Children’s Hospital in her memory. For more information or to sign Pat’s online guestbook, please visit Meesonfamily.com.

Eileen, Kris, Katie, Tommy and Mr. Callahan, I am so very sorry to hear of your loss. Eileen, I remember your mom when we were young and hanging out at your house.
