Jastrzembski, Michael J. Webster: Surrounded by his loving family, Wednesday, July 13, 2016 at age 39. Survived by his longtime girlfriend; Mary Rawlins; mother of his son, Noah; his parents, Joseph and Alma Jastrzembski; sister and brother-in-law, Catherine and Mike Hofto; niece, Chloe; aunt, Mary Anne Dooley; in laws, Michael and Catherine Rawlins; several cousins and dear friends. Friends may call Sunday (July 17th) 1-4 PM at Vay-Schleich and Meeson Funeral Home, 1075 Long Pond Road. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday (July 18th) 10:00 AM at St. Lawrence Church. We are so grieved to hear of Michael’s death. Will never forget the camaraderie of Michael and my son Robert and all his soccer teammates over all those growing up together early years and high school. We lost him too early. Life continues to have its unexplainable times. May he rest in peace.
