Greece: Saturday, June 11, 2016. Predeceased by her parents, Gregorio and Ester Isana. Survived by her sisters, Dr. Sonia I. Garcia, Nelia I. Camargo and Daisy I. (Ronaldo) Reodica; special nieces, Racel Aguila and Christine Garcia; great-nephew, Samuel Garcia-Freedman; dear friends. Norma was a University Professor at The University of the East in Manila and she was the head of a department in the Securities and Exchange Commission of the Philippines. Friends may call Thursday (June 16th) 4-7 PM at Vay-Schleich and Meeson Funeral Home, 1075 Long Pond Road. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday (June 17th) 10:30 AM at Sacred Heart Cathedral. Entombment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society in her memory. We are really saddened by Ate Ma’s passing. But we know that she is in a better place where there is no more pain and suffering.
