Day, Victor John Greece: January 1, 2016 at age 93. Victor was born in Rochester, New York on December 30, 1922, the son of Joseph Dziengielewski and Hedwig (Jadwiga) Karejwa. He served in the Army, 29th Infantry Division, in World War II. Survived by his children, Alice (Frank) Pandina of Ossian, NY, Barbara (David) Pandina of Greece, NY, Dorothy (Robert) Hakes of Newark, NY; grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended family. Services and interment will be held privately at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hamilton Manor Nursing Home, 1172 Long Pond Road, Rochester, NY 14626, in his memory.     I praise God I got to know you before it was too late. We had a hard life, with both good and bad and I have learned a lot over the years about myself through our experiences together. I love you Dad and miss you, but know you are at peace finally at home with the Lord. All things work for the good for those who love the Lord.
