May you rest in peace.. You are truly the best Grandma any of us could of asked for. The memories are endless, and will last me a life time. I remember when Tammy Lorraine, Meghan, Adam and I were litte, we would beg our parents to go out so you could come across the yard and babysit us. We would play Uno and and eat pizza all night. We would laugh and laugh. Love and Miss you Forever..

Hey Girlie (and then she’d give me the thumbs up sign!): You have no idea the mark you left in my heart all through my 52 years. Whether it be traveling with you, modeling a just-finished piece of clothing that you sewed for me with love or sitting around the kitchen table laughing & having a cold one (or maybe a couple more) with you into the wee hours of the morning. You have impressed upon me and my children, some very good old fashioned values that we carry & use every day of our lives. I couldn’t have asked for a better ‘model’ for a Grandma – your humor is with me everyday and these last few days without you already seem an eternity. I cannot express how much I will miss you for the rest of my life – and how much I loved you growing up and growing old myself in front of your eyes. How many 52 year olds can say that they’ve had their Grandma as long as we have? I love you, Grammy – and I thank you for being who you were for us all –

Not many people can say they have met their Great Grandparents. I have had the honor to know and live next to my Great Grandma Betty for 23 years. I will always remember eating supper together with you and Chas, And you taking us to Herema’s Market to get candy. There are so many memories of you that will never be forgotten. I’m blessed to have known you for so long. I love you Grandma Betty. I will not mourn but celebrate your life that you had on Earth. I will always remember your laughter and the kindness you shared with everyone. Rest in Peace Gram. Say hello to Chas and Dad for me. <3

Our thoughts and prayers are with your entire family! We cherished Betty and Chas since we first met them when we moved in across the street! I always loved how Betty would ask about the kids each time we saw her and she thoroughly enjoyed when we would walk them across the street when they were little to see her while she was out in the garden — they always came home with some of Betty’s famous tomatoes — we still talk about that to this day!! You all have become like family! Betty was very blessed to have a wonderful husband for 70 years, and a wonderful – loving family!! Peace be with you all knowing how she cherished each of you, and knowing that she is now back home with Chas 🙂
