Greece: September 22, 2013 at age 60. Predeceased by his son, David J. D’Amato, Jr. He is survived by his wife, Marguerite D’Amato; daughters, Kristin (Taylor) Blessing & Tammy (John) Helfer; grandchildren, Adeline, Justin, Elie, Emilie, John, Joshua & Jack; mother, Rose D’Amato; brother, Michael (Carmelita) D’Amato; sister, Lucille (Steve) Schneider; many other loving relatives and dear friends. David’s visitation will be held Thursday 4-8 P.M. at Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home, Greece Chapel, 1075 Long Pond Road. His Memorial Service will be held Friday 10 A.M. at Hope Lutheran Church, 3101 Vintage Lane. Interment will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Lifetime Care c/o Hildebrandt Hospice (LifetimeCare.org) in his memory.
