Greece: June 22, 2012 at age 79. Survived by his beloved wife, Gloria Boutte; children, Michelle (Alex) Steiner, Mark Boutte, Matthew Boutte & Suzanne (Louie) Lee; 9 grandchildren; brother, Ralph (Claire) Boutte; sister, Rita; loving cousin and dearest friend, Clement (Gilda) Jeanminette; step-children, Kelly, Torry, Jack, Rosetta & Jamel Washington several nieces, nephews and cousins; many dear friends. Joseph is a proud Veteran of the United States Army and served our country during the Korean War. He was also a life-long member of The American Legion and many other Veteran organizations. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Friends may call Tuesday, June 26th , 4-7 P.M. at Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home, Greece Chapel, 1075 Long Pond Road. His Funeral Service will be held following visitation, at 7 P.M. in the Funeral Home Chapel. Joseph’s Graveside Service will be held Wednesday, June 27th, 11 A.M. at Parma Union Cemetery (please meet at the grave).

    Oh my lovely friends….I am so sorry for your loss. I remembere so much of your Dad…the best was when he set the kitchen a fire. Ms. Agnes was so mad …she made me laugh …and then came Dad explainng his side of the story that made me laugh even more. I love you children so very much…you are in my thougths and forever in my heart. Love, Nora

    Your parents were the best next door neighbors. I remember being home alone and my dad’s horn froze and started blaring through the whole neighborhood in the middle of the night. All the other neighbors just turned their lights on and stared. Your mom and dad were the only ones that came outside in the cold and asked if I was okay and helped me to turn off the stupid horn. LOLOL You’re dad was always so kind to me. He will be missed. Love, Kris
