Carrie and my Aunt Julie Derrico (Miller), were great friends for years. Also Herman was a wonderful friend. I was sorry to see that another one of Julie’s wonderful friends had left this world. Carrie was a gentle person. K. Leo

God put you in my life and now in my heart forever. When I wrap myself in an afghan I’ll think of you, when I eat your wonderful recipies I’ll think of you, when I drink from your tea cup I’ll think of you and when I see those beautiful sunsets I’ll know it’s you. Thanks my beautiful friend.

My beautiful Mother, you were always there every step of the way through carole’s and my life..whatever we needed..in good times and bad (and we had them all)..your strength and wisdom made us the people you wanted us to be. For that I will forever be greatful. You had so many people who loved you..you will be greatly missed, but I know that you are now at peace with Dad, Carole and Ed ..and that twinkle is back in your beautiful eyes. I will love and cherish you and the wonderful memories forever. I love you MOM with all my heart and soul!

Toni, your Mom a very special lady who will be sorely missed by you, your family and her many friends. She lived her life with grace, tenacity, laughter and love. All of these traits were shared with us who were lucky enough to know her. I will miss her quick wit, her warm smile, her twinkling eyes and her wisdom on life. Please know she will be long remembered by those of us who had the privilege of knowing her. She was a special friend who will be missed.

We send our deepest heartfelt sympathy. Your Mom was such a special lady. Our very favorite memory of her is the day after Jen and Steve’s wedding when we visited Mystic Seaport. Your Mom had more stamina than our whole group put together, she outwalked the group of us!! We can only hope to be half the lady she was!! Sending our love!!!
