Gary A. Morehouse

Rochester: May 26, 2011 at age 58. Predeceased by his father, Max Morehouse. He is survived by his mother, Delma Morehouse; sisters, Maxine (Arthur) Schaertel of CA & Sandra (George) Foster; niece, Wanda; nephew, Wade Schaertel of Las Vegas; many cousins. Gary graduated from John Marshall high school and loved all sports. He was an avid water skier and bowler. His favorite saying was, ‘It’s not that I want to be a pro or am looking for fame, I just want to bowl a little old 300 game’. As a little leaguer, he pitched the only winning game ever won in Canada. Gary loved fishing with his dad in Vermont. He will be sadly missed and remembered for his kindness, devotion, strength and love for his family. Friends may call Tuesday, June 7th, 2-4 P.M. at Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home, Greece Chapel, 1075 Long Pond Road. Entombment in Riverside Cemetery will be held privately.
