Rochester: Surrounded by her loving family, Wednesday, May 11, 2011. Predeceased by her husband of 50 years, Hobart W. Hondorf; her niece and nephew, Lynn Anne and Brian Scott Faulkner3. Survived by her daughters, Deborah Sue (Michael) Johnson, Carol Lee Hondorf; sister, Marilyn Faulkner; grandchildren, Caitlin Jean Anjoli Hondorf, Kristi Anne Johnson, Ryan Michael Johnson; niece and nephews, Kimberley Sue Faulkner, Richard Brian Faulkner and Bruce Craig Faulkner; cherished friends, relatives and caregivers. No prior calling. Services held privately. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to the Volunteers of America of Western NY, the fund for Mother’s Day Brunch.
Carol and Katie, I was sorry to read of your mom’s/grandmother’s passing this week. Hopefully the fond memories you have will help you through. Praying for her and for strength for you and your family. Judy-ann and Christina West
Dear Deb and Carol, I saw the obituary in the paper and just wanted to let you know that my thoughts and prayers are with you. My mom passed away two years ago in June and I know the loss you are feeling. The Hoag family has many happy memories of the Hondorf family. Love Maggie
