Greece: Monday, February 28, 2011. Predeceased by his parents, Victor and Anne; father-in-law, Fred Hartter. Survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Mary Ellen Butz; his children, Michele Butz, Jody Johnston (Mike Lobene), Andrew (Kelly) Butz; grandchildren, Samantha and Jacob; brother, Barry (Mary Jean) Butz; brother-in-law, Robert (Maryann) Hartter; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Craig ‘Pop-Pop’ enjoyed fishing and spending time with his grandchildren. The family would like to thank Joe, Rita and Doug for giving us an extra 20 years of memories Friends may call Thursday 4-7 PM at Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home, 1075 Long Pond Road, Greece Chapel. Interment is private. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Vietnam Veterans of America or the Humane Society at Lollypop Farm in his memory.     Thanks for all the couzin visits in Pa and in Florida and Arizona….The Memories are always precious especially of the fun times Craig and Mary Ellen had together while Ken and I were with you….Fun times always bring back those picnics in the summertime…The joy of becoming Pop-Pop was so special and always lite up the smile on Craigs’ face when he heard those precious words…We Love You……Ken & Toot Cousin Jay and Ray and Faye send their memories and love too…all of our hearts, tears and smiles are with all of you in Craigs’ Celebration of his life…. He was the special Husband, Dad and now Pop-Pop….Thanks for sharing him with the family visits….We Love you all…
