If you are the same family. We met in the 5200 Wing at RGH around April -July, (we had the daughter in the wheelchair). We talked to you on several occasions in the hallway. You told us not to give up and not to be pressured into making any decisions we weren’t ready to do, especially after 3 mos in the hospital We send our deepest sympathies to you and your family. Our father/grandfather also passed in RGH on August 3rd (William Beckman) Ron, Karen & Amanda
It is a fond memory to see Lena and Vito in their basement sewing room on Austin Street happily at their sewing machines or pulling a jar of something from their canning supply room-it seems like yesterday. I admired the neatness and cleanliness of the home and how loving a family lived in that house. My deceased grandparents whom I lived with at the time also worked in clothing factories then and loved and respected the DiNanno family. Their daughter, Elena became my best childhood friend. Vito lived a good and holy life and will be missed until we see him again in our eternal home. My love and prayers are with you all! Anne Trebotte Etheridge (San Diego, CA )
My father Edward Copenhagen wishes to extend his deepest simpathy. He is a fellow Battle of the Bulge soldier.God Bless you at this difficult time.
To Rose and family, Tom and I are so sorry about the death of your father. I won’t say ‘loss,’ because you will never lose him. You and your family have been the most devoted loving support group I have ever seen, and your father is very lucky to have all you. I’ll be thinking of you. Stay strong and know that you have support, too, even if far away. All my love, Lauren
