Greece: Thursday, April 23, 2009 passed away peacefully after a long illness. Survived by her loving husband, LeRoy (Lee) Johnson of Greece; LeRoy (Maurine) Johnson, Jr. of Pittsford; Nancy (Robert) Nelson of Branford, CT; Robert, Kristin and Jillian Nelson of Branford, CT and Norma (Robert) Shannon of Chili, NY. Inge was born May 24, 1924 in Duisburg, Germany. No prior calling. Services and Interment private at Riverside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 435 E. Henrietta Rd., Rochester, NY 14620 in her memory.

    Hi Omi, I will miss you very much, so will mom and Grandpa and everyone else who’s life you touched. I will never forget your love for taking pictures! I remember you always liked to dress me and Jilly up and have us pose by your beautiful gardens! I will always remember and love my Omi. Love your grandaughter and little dancer, Kristin

    I will miss you very much Inge. You were a bright and shining light in so many lives. I will always remember our times togethe in Syracuse and then in Ocala and how much I looked forward to my visits and our special times together. Thank you for being my ‘mom’ for 38 years. I will treasure each memory forever. You are at peace now and your suffering is over.
